Ballerina is a 1997 16h1”  black mare by the Holsteiner Stallion VDL Corland (called Corlando in Denmark)  (Cor de la Breyere—Landgraf-Ronald). VDL Corland competed internationally and is one of the top breeding stallions in the world.  Her mother was by the well known dressage sire Arsenal. Ballerina holds Elite Mare status in the Danish WP and Premium with AHHA

Ballerina  herself was a top competitive showjumper with an extensive international record including the European Junior Championships and several FEI classes at 1.50 +. Intelligent, athletic, competitive and ridden primarily by junior and amateur riders she fits her elegant name well. See her video below
