On 74 coastal acres near San Francisco, we produce elite-quality young jumping horses from top European bloodlines and offer young horse training and breeding services.

Under the supervision of Manager & Trainer Daniel Zilla and Theriogenologist & Veterinarian Dr. Anya Stoll from Holstein, Branscomb Farm offers breeding services for stallions and mares as well as boarding and training packages for the care of young horses and their developing riders. Through individual instruction, the talents of horse and rider are cultivated together for a lifetime of mutual enjoyment and competitive success.

Our breeding strategy is to marry our elite collection of performance-tested premium and states premium Holsteiner mares with frozen semen from Europe’s best jumping stallions to produce youngsters of extreme quality. As testament to the quality of our breeding program, roughly 50% of our horses are exported to riders, breeders, and investors outside of the USA who find we compare favorably with European purchases.

We also stand and use the USA-bred pure German Holsteiner stallions Contiano B, Chicardo and Acclaim.
